Your HongJi ShunDa cattle barn can be customized to complement any other structure on your property. The needs of your facility are important in choosing the type of building you want. HongJi ShunDa offers everything from freestall barns, loafing sheds, and feeding facilities to pasture shelters, office space and sale barns.
As an economical alternative to traditional HongJi ShunDa confinement buildings, HongJi ShunDa also offers the monoslope building. Monoslope buildings are a cost-effective way to house large herds safely and efficiently.
HongJi ShunDa’s monoslope buildings are constructed using specially designed trusses and purlins. The north side of the building utilizes curtain walls for optimal ventilation. This side allows tractors and equipment to move through the building. The south side of the building is open and allows for sunlight, even in the winter, to keep the cattle comfortable. The open side is where the pens are located and where the herd feeds. The sloped roof prevents water from running down onto the open side of the metal livestock barn, which can damage feed and drench cattle.
The monoslope building features concrete flooring and concrete on the lower four feet of wall to protect the building from damage. Steel gates are used to separate pens. To prevent condensation build-up, HongJi ShunDa’s Dry-Panel is used on the inside of the roof.
Ventilation is a key factor in any livestock building. For the comfort of you and your animals, HongJi ShunDa offers several natural and power ventilation options as well as insulation choices:
Geventileerde gordijnen zorgen ervoor dat de muren open kunnen zijn voor maximaal comfort. Bij slecht weer kunnen gordijnen worden gesloten om gebouwen en vee te beschermen. Zijwandgordijnen zorgen voor natuurlijke ventilatie om uw dieren gezond te houden en uw gebouw comfortabel te houden.
Open zijwandoverhangen voeren binnenkomende lucht naar de continu geventileerde nok. Deze natuurlijke luchtstroom voert warmte en vocht uit de geventileerde nok, waardoor een drogere omgeving ontstaat.
Venturen kunnen worden toegepast wanneer minimale ventilatie en klimaatbeheersing gewenst is.
Fan powered cupolas draw up stale air from the building’s interior and out through the vented sides.
