How We Got Here

From Colour Steel Sheets to Steel Buildings

2000The first plant opens in Dongchang District — one colour steel sheet line, and nothing else.

2014Hongji Shunda incorporated as a steel structure company. The second plant follows in 2018.

Today300,000 Mts a year, two plants, and the Tekla detailing done in the same building.

National backbone cold-chain base, Shijiazhuang

450,000 m² planned on about 66 hectares. BIM component breakdown, modular assembly and a PV roof; phases one and two come online in sequence.

Long span

Olympic Sports Center, Shijiazhuang

360,000 m² complex on 5,100 Mts of steel. Largest sliding roof unit over 2,000 m². China Steel Structure Gold Award.

Logistics

JD warehousing park, Hebei

300,000 m² of warehouse on 18,000 Mts of steel. 500,000 parcels a day. Hebei steel-structure demonstration project.

Agriculture

Livestock farm sheds, China

Repeated portal-frame houses with feed silos at the gable ends, roof vents and a fenced compound — built as one programme, not as one building.

Light-steel villa show units, China

European and traditional styles in light-gauge steel, with a heavy-steel frame option. Show units, so the construction can be seen rather than drawn.
