Four projects we would put in front of anyone, then the record behind them — floor areas, and the five buildings already shipped overseas.
Each of these had a reason to be difficult. That is why they are here.

450,000 m² planned on about 66 hectares. Components broken down in BIM, assembled as modules, with a PV roof over the storage blocks. Phases one and two come online in sequence, so the frame had to be detailed for a building that keeps growing.

A 360,000 m² complex carrying 5,100 Mts of steel, with a sliding roof whose largest unit runs past 2,000 m². Movement of that size is a detailing problem before it is a fabrication one.

300,000 m² of warehouse on 18,000 Mts of steel, handling 500,000 parcels a day. Docks, ramps and door counts set the building before span did, and the roof had to stay clear for the conveyor.

Three buildings, 6,800 m², fabricated and shipped from Jinzhou as a pre-engineered frame and envelope. Everything was bundled to the erection sequence, because there is no second delivery once the container has sailed.

Portal-frame houses repeated across a compound, feed silos at the gable ends, roof vents and a fenced yard. Built as one programme rather than one building, which is where the cost sits.

European and traditional styles in light-gauge steel, with a heavy-steel frame option. Show units, so the construction can be walked through rather than drawn.
Straight from the project register. Client names are the clients' own; contract values are not shown.
The frame is the same trade. What the building has to hold, keep out or move is not.
Structural members and cladding, detailed in Jinzhou, fabricated here, and shipped as a kit that goes up without a second delivery.
Factory buildings — pre-engineered frames and envelope for a waste treatment works and a logistics warehouse. Three buildings, 6,800 m².
West AfricaSteel building supply — structural members and cladding for two food factory workshops, 100 m and 40 m spans. 13,000 m².
South AmericaNo price, no obligation — an engineer reads your plan and tells you where the cost and the trouble usually sit.
